HARTSVILLE, S.C. – The Coker College softball program is pleased to announce that it will host two camps in the fall of 2014. The Cobras will host a Fall Skills Camp on Sunday, Oct. 19 and a Fall Showcase Camp on Sunday, Oct. 26. Both camps will run from 1-4 p.m. at Coker's Saleeby-Stokes Softball Field.
The skills camp is for ages 8 and up. The focus of the skills camp is learning the fundamental skills of all areas of the game of softball. The showcase camp is for players in the eighth grade through seniors in high school looking to showcase their skills in front of the Coker College coaching staff.
The showcase camp will feature in-depth skill work in all areas for those players looking to take their game to the next level. The showcase camp will also include a question and answer session at the end of camp with Coker coaches and players.
Both camps will feature instruction from the Coker coaching staff, as well as current Cobra student-athletes.
Cost for each camp is $80/camper.
