2011: McElveen played in all 45 games for the Cobras and started in 44 of them. She finished the season with a .321 (43-for-134) batting average, five home runs, and 28 runs batted in. With an on-base percentage of .366, she stole eight bases. McElveen also took home Conference Carolinas Freshman of the Year honors and was an NFCA All-America Scholar Athlete.
High School: McElveen was a four-time All-Region and two-time All-State player for Robert E. Lee. She was also named the 2010 Conference Player of the Year and Queen of Diamonds Game MVP.
