Men's Volleyball Beaten by Bulldogs in Regular Season Finale

WILSON, N.C. - The Coker College men's volleyball team fell to Barton, one of the premiere Division II men's volleyball programs in the country, in straight sets on Tuesday (Apr. 9) night.

Max Kuntz led the Coker attack as he notched a career-best nine kills over three sets. Absalon Williams was also impressive as he tallied eight kills on just 10 attacks, which was good for an .800 hitting percentage. Seniors Joao Victor Santos and Gabriel Castro were not far behind as they added seven and six kills, respectively. Manuel Hernandez also chipped in with a kill. Brandon Ravelo led the squad with 28 assists and a team-high six digs, while Seth Miller added four digs. 

The Cobras will be back at it on Friday (Apr. 12) as they travel to Harrogate, Tennessee for the first day of the IVA Tournament.
