Cobras Fall at Division I George Mason

VAIRFAX, Va. - The Coker College men's volleyball team travelled to George Mason University for a match on Friday (Feb. 1), falling to the Patriots in three sets (25-18, 25-10, 27-25).

Joao Victor Santos led the way once again as he paced the team 14 kills, while Gabriel Castro finished close behind with 11 kills and a .474 hitting percentage. Manuel Hernandez was next on the stat sheet with three kills. Max Kuntz and Absalon Williams both had two kills, and Brandon Ravelo recorded one. Ravelo also led the team in assists with 29 and digs with eight. Libero Seth Miller notched five digs in the contest.

The Cobras will be back in action on Tuesday (Feb. 5) when they return home to face Mount Olive at 7:00 PM.
