ROCK HILL, S.C. - Coker College men's tennis player Mark Watt has been named the South Atlantic Conference AstroTurf Men's Tennis Player of the Week for matches played Feb. 19-25, the League announced today.

Watt, a senior from Glasgow, Scotland, went undefeated in singles play last week, with victories over his opponents from Johnson C. Smith and regionally ranked No. 9 Francis Marion. Against Johnson C. Smith, Watt won his No. 1 singles match 6-0, 6-2 and then against Francis Marion he won 7-5, 6-3. He is currently 7-1 at No. 1 singles this season.

Watt is a business major and is the son of Colette and Mark Watt.
