HARTSVILLE, S.C. – The Cobra men's soccer team suffered a tough 1-0 loss to the Florida Tech Panthers in a non-conference match on Saturday (Sept. 6).
The Panthers netted the lone goal of the match in the 26th minute of play and then played solid defense to hold on for the win.
It was a very physical match with a combined 30 fouls called between both teams.
Giouliano Andrade led the Cobra attack with a pair of shots. Connor Norton-Baker, Juan Arreola and Jordan Snell each recorded a shot as well.
The Cobras will return to the pitch on for another non-conference match on Wednesday (Sept. 10) at the University of Mount Olive. Kick-off is scheduled for 7 p.m.
