Men’s Golf 13th After Day One of the Matt Dyas Invitational

CARROLLTON, Ga. - The Coker College men's golf team played the first two rounds of the Matt Dyas Invitational on Monday (Oct. 22) at the Oak Mountain Championship Golf Course. The Cobras fired an opening round of 305 and followed it up with a 298 in round two.

Ethan Cairns and Haydon Norwood led the way with opening day scores of 147 (+3), currently placed in a tie for 29th. Wanjoo Lee sits in a tie 57th place following his 153 (+9), while Nicholas Beiers is in a tie for 64th after carding a 156 (+12). Coleman Bess finished the first two rounds of his Coker career in 68th following his 163 (+19).

The Cobras will hit the course tomorrow for the conclusion of the tournament.
