Men’s Golf Closes Out Play at UNG Fall Invitational

Dahlonega, Ga.- The Coker College men's golf team finished up play at the UNG Fall Invitational on Tuesday (Oct. 2), finishing in sixth place.

Ethan Cairns closed out the tournament with a final round 71 (-1) to finish with an overall score of 217 (+1). Cairns' score was good enough for a tie for 16th. Wanjoo Lee and Trey Salley both recorded scores of 73 (+1). Lee finished in 23rd with a three-day score of 219 (+3), while Salley placed 25th after posting a score of 221 (+5). Zachary Herold and Daniel Graves rounded out the lineup for the Cobras by finished in 37th and 42nd, respectively.

The Cobras will return to competition on October 15th and 16th when they travel to the Innisbrook Spa and Resort in Palm Harbour, Florida for the 2018 Copperhead Championship.
