NORMAN, Okla. - Coker College men's golf members Daniel Graves, Zachary Herold, Wanjoo Lee, and Nicolas Parra were named Srixon/Cleveland Golf All-America Scholars, the Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA) announced this afternoon.

A new record number of student-athletes earned All-America Scholar status including 265 in Division I, 126 in Division II and 23 in NAIA. To be eligible for Srixon/Cleveland Golf All-America Scholar status an individual must be a junior or senior academically, compete in at least three full years at the collegiate level, participate in 50-percent of his team's competitive rounds, have a stroke-average under 76.0 in Division I, 78.0 in Division II, 78.0 in NAIA and 79.0 in Division III, and maintain a minimum cumulative career grade-point average of 3.2. A recipient must also be of high moral character and be in good standing at his college or university.

"I could not be more proud of these four gentlemen," said Coker Head Men's Golf Coach, Adam Goins. "It speaks volumes to the type of young men they are, handling themselves with respect and dedication on the golf course, but also in the classroom. They have really set the standard for our team culture over the last few seasons and I could not be more excited for them on this achievement."

Graves, a native of Longs, S.C., played in eight tournaments and 20 rounds in the 2017-2018 season for the Cobras, averaging a score of 75.10. The rising senior had his best finish at the Spring Kick-Off Intercollegiate where he finished tied for ninth, shooting a season-low of 69. The education major is the son of Michael and Mary Ann Graves.

Herold, a business major, played in all nine tournaments as well as all 23 rounds for the Cobras, averaging a score of 73.91 on the season. His best finish was tied for seventh at the Donald Ross Intercollegiate and his lowest score was a 65 at the Queens Invitational. The rising senior is the son of Pam and Shawn Herold.

Lee, a native of Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tabago, played in all nine tournaments and all 23 rounds for the Cobras in the 2017-2018 season, averaging a score of 72.74. He finished first at the Myrtle Beach Intercollegiate and shot a season low score of 68 at the Spring Kickoff Intercollegiate. Additionally, Lee was selected to the All-SAC Second Team for his performance on the year. The sports management major is the son of Deuksoo Choi and Eundae Lee.

Parra, a finance major, played in all nine tournaments as well as all 23 rounds for the Cobras, shooting a 74.74 average score. His best finish was tied for ninth at the Queens Invitational, where he also shot his lowest score of 70. The rising senior is the son of Carlos Parra and Maria de los Angeles Recart.
