Men's Golf Sits in Eighth After Two Rounds at SAC Championships

ANDERSON, S.C.- The Coker College men's golf team dropped to eighth place overall after shooting a second round team score of 306 on Monday, April 9 at the South Atlantic Conference Championship at Cobbs Glen Golf Course in Anderson, S.C. 

Zachary Herold shot back-to-back rounds of 75 (+3) with a two-round score of 150 to lead the Navy and Gold. Herold sits tied for 14th individually. Ethan Cairns played solidly, carding a first round 77 (+5) to a two-over-par 74 (+2) on Monday, to be tied for 16th.

Nicolas Parra, Daniel Graves and Wanjoo Lee aren't too far back of their teammates and the rest of the field. Para signed off on a 76 (+4) and 78 (+6), Graves a 73 (+1) and 83 (+11) and Lee a 78 (+6) and 79 (+7).
