Men's Golf Five Shots Back of LMU & Queens, Sit Fifth After Round One at SAC Championships

ANDERSON, S.C.- The Coker College men's golf team sits just five shots back of the leaders Lincoln Memorial and Queens, after the first round of the South Atlantic Conference Championship at Cobbs Glen Golf Course in Anderson, S.C. on Sunday, April 8. 

Daniel Graves and Zachary Herold helped lead the Cobras on Sunday (April 8). Coker sits in fifth after the opening round of play, five shots off the clubhouse leaders Lincoln Memorial and Queens. Graves was one shot over par (73) sitting tied for sixth individually. Herold was two-back of Graves, carding a first round 75 (+3), tied for 15th.

Nicolas Parra Ethan Cairns and Wanjoo Lee aren't too far back of their teammates and the rest of the field. Para signed off on a 76 (+4), Cairns a 77 (+5), and Lee a 78 (+6). Parra and Cairns are inside the top-30 individually, tied for 21st and 29th respectively. Lee is tied for 36th.
