Men's Golf Travels to Morganton, North Carolina for The Donald Ross Intercollegiate

HARTSVILLE, S.C.- The Coker College men's golf team will travel to Morganton, N.C. to compete in the Donald Ross Intercollegiate tournament at Mimosa Hills Country Club on Monday and Tuesday (Oct. 16-17), in search of their second match title of the season. 

Coming off of a fifth place finish at the NCAA South/Southeast Regional Preview, the Cobras will attack Mimosa Hills to fight for their second tournament win of the 2017-2018 season.

Wanjoo Lee has claimed an individual championship (Myrtle Beach Intercollegiate) for the Cobras and will try to lead his team to yet another top-five finish. At the Rock Barn Golf Club last week (Oct. 9-10), Lee placed sixth overall with a 36-hole total of 143. Teammates Zachary Herold and Ethan Cairns shot 146 and 148 to finish inside the top-30.

The Navy and Gold will tee off from Mimosa Hills Country Club on Monday (Oct. 16) and will wrap up the tournament on Tuesday (Oct. 17). Results from the match can be found by visiting www.cokercobras.com.
