The Coker Cobras headed to North Carolina to take on the Bears in out of conference game.

Hickory, NC. – The Cobras kept it close through the first few innings. Through four the game was scoreless and to start the fifth the Coker bats woke. Jack Mack found an opening in late in the game into right field to get on base. Kody Hannah put down a sacrifice bunt to move Mack to second.
With a player in scoring position Coker looked to take advantage of the opportunities. Landon Reeves tried to find an opening but was unfortunately thrown out at first however, Mack waiting for the throw advanced to third. Mack went on to score in the inning on a passed ball by the catcher giving the cobras the first strike 1-0.
Lenoir-Rhyne came up to bat at the bottom of the inning with determination as they went on to regain the lead by a homerun and a RBI taking the lead 2-1.

The Cobras will play @ home against Barton at 2:00 pm.
