Coker Baseball Adds Four More During Early Period

HARTSVILLE, S.C. – Coker College head baseball coach Dave Schmotzer announced today that Jordan Behan, Colton Henthorne, Jake Moore and Cody Mullen have agreed to join the Coker baseball team starting in the fall of 2015.

Behan is a middle infielder from Hubert, N.C., where he attends Swansboro High School. He is a four-year letterman for the Pirates baseball team and was an All-Conference selection his junior season.

Jordan is the son of David and Mary Behan. He plans on majoring in communications.

Henthorne is a second baseman for the Hibriten High School Panthers baseball team and hails from Lenoir, N.C. He is a three-year 3A/4A Northwest All-Conference selection.

Colton is the son of Jerry and Julie Henthorne and plans on majoring in business administration with a marketing concentration at Coker.

Moore is a right handed pitcher from Dumfries, Va., and attends Forest Park High School. He is a three-year member of the Bruins baseball team. He is the cousin of Cincinnati Reds starting pitcher Matt Latos.

Jake is the son of Joe and Gina Moore. He plans on being a physical education and sports studies major at Coker.

Mullen is a shortstop and a pitcher for the Richmond High School baseball team. He hails from Hamlet, N.C. and is a four-year member of the Raiders squad. He was a member of the 4A state runner-up team his junior year.

Cody is the son of Buddy and Frances Mullen and plans on being an exercise science major at Coker.
