HARTSVILLE, S.C. – A total of 17 Cobra baseball players will take the field this summer in 12 different collegiate summer leagues across the country.

Josh Altman, Brandon Dyer and Will Winslow will compete in the All-American Collegiate Baseball League (AACBL). Altman and Dyer will compete for the Rowan Patriots, while Winslow will be playing for the Morgan ton Militia.

Jack Leech and Forest Arnold are playing in the Valley League; Leech will catch for the Covington Lumberjacks and Arnold will pitch for the Charlestown Cannons.

Dustin Russell and Evan Rybicki will team up in the Deep South League as part of the Pascagoula Pirates, while Clint Allen and Korbin Causey will both compete in the Myrtle Beach Collegiate League. Allen will be playing for the Myrtle Beach Hammerheads and Causey will compete for the North Myrtle Beach Bluefish.

Pitcher Ben Brown will take the mound for the Glens Falls Golden Eagles of the Perfect Game League, while Will Sutton will toe the rubber in the Florida Futures League for the Sanford Snappers. Brady Bassford will play for the Montreat Mountaineers of the Carolina Virginia Collegiate League.

Ryan Milner will play for the Palm Beach Blazers of the South Florida Collegiate League and Tyler Bires will be a member of the Lorian County Ironmen of the Prospect League. Dan McGill will play in the New York Collegiate Baseball League for the Cortland Crush, while Jarren Donato will play for the Denver Cougars of the Rocky Mountain Baseball League. And last but not least, Dallas Johnson will play in the Atlantic Baseball Confederation Bridge League. 

In addition to the Coker players that are competing in summer leagues, assistant coach Nick Callahan is also competing in a summer league as the head coach of the Geneva Twins of the New York Collegiate Baseball League.
