Whitney Cranford was named Coker’s Faculty Athletics Representative, announced by Coker University President Dr. Natalie Harder.
Cranford has worked at Coker since 2019 in various capacities, most recently serving as a Clinical Faculty Member in the Psychology department since August 2021. She previously served as an Adjunct Professor of Psychology since 2019, and also worked as a Student Success Coach in the Office of Student Success since 2018.
Prior to Coker, Cranford worked as a Clinical Counselor at Rubicon Family Counseling Center in Hartsville from 2011-18.
Cranford earned her Master’s of Arts in Professional Counseling from South University in 2011, while also becoming certified as a Level I Addictions Counselor by the South Carolina Association of Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Counselors (SCAADAC). She is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Philosophy in General Psychology from Liberty University.
