Mykenzie Martin came to Coker in August 2019 as an Assistant Director of Athletics Media Relations. 

She most recently completed an internship with the league office of the Mountain East Conference, where she assisted with areas like day-to-day operations, video production, championship operations and media relations. 

Martin was a collegiate student-athlete herself as a four-year member of the West Virginia Wesleyan College women's basketball team. She was a two-year team captain during her junior and senior seasons. While at WVW, she was also involved with Enactus, Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC), was an intramural sports referee and she also helped out at numerous area basketball camps. 

Martin, a 2019 graduate of West Virginia Wesleyan, holds a degree in business administration with a minor in management. She is currently pursuing her Master's of Science in College Athletic Administration at Coker.
