The "Cobra Spotlight" is a weekly highlight of a student-athlete at Coker College. Each week we take a different athlete from a different sport and display some facets to get more familiar with them. - NCAA Southeast Regional – women – 22 of 25, men – 20 of 23
- Last week the Coker men's and women's cross country teams wrapped up their 2014 seasons with 20th (men) and 22nd (women) place finishes at the NCAA Southeast Regional meet in Montevallo, Ala. Shauntel Smullen earned a top 30 finish to lead the women, while Dylan Bates led the men’s team.

- Last week the Cobra wrestling team earned a dominant 39-0 win over regionally ranked No. 5 Limestone College. This week the Cobras will travel to Newberry College for the 8th Annual Newbery Duals. Coker will take the mat for four matches at the duals.

- This week the Cobras will host the Royals of Queens University of Charlotte in a South Atlantic Conference game.

- Carson-Newman (W) – 69-60
- The Cobra men went 1-1 last week, picking up an impressive 69-60 win over Carson-Newman. This week Coker will play host the Royals of Queens University of Charlotte.
