Why did you choose Coker? I chose Coker because they offered men’s volleyball as an intercollegiate athletic program.

What is your best memory at Coker (athletic related)? Our preseason tournament at Belmont Abbey College is my best memory so far.

What is your best memory at Coker (non-athletic related)? Homecoming weekend

Which athletic team would you play on at Coker other than your own? Men’s basketball

Favorite class: Introduction to Business

Favorite professor: Dr. Chappell

Plans after graduation: I plan to return to Puerto Rico and play professional volleyball.

What is something people may not know about you? Volleyball is not my favorite sport.

Do you have a nickname? If so, how did you get it? Paco. In Puerto Rico, they call everyone Paco that is named Francisco.

Why did you choose Coker? I chose Coker because of its tremendous balance of academics and athletics. The art program is second-to-none, and the fact Coker offers men’s volleyball was enough for me to come.

What is your best memory at Coker (athletic related)? Being a part of the first men’s volleyball game ever played in Coker College and Hartsville, S.C., history.

What is your best memory at Coker (non-athletic related)? I would say the great assortment of food choices in the café.

Plans after graduation: Move to New York and get a graphic design job.
