HARTSVILLE, S.C. – Coker College wrestler Rashad Cunningham has been selected as the SPC Credit Union Student-Athlete of the Month for November 2016.
The senior is currently sporting a perfect 7-0 record and is ranked fourth at 165 pounds in the most recent Super Region Two rankings. He has two wins by fall and one by major decision.
He won the 165-pound weight class at the King Open (Nov. 20), picking up two wins. Cunningham also went 4-0 and captured the 157-pound championship at the UNC Pembroke Open on Nov. 5. In his lone dual meet, Cunningham picked up a win by fall over St. Andrews.
