HARTSVILLE, S.C. – Coker wrestler Travis Laxton has been selected as the Sodexo Student-Athlete of the Month for December 2014.

Laxton earned his second consecutive athlete of the month honor with another outstanding month on the wrestling mat. He started the month with a pin in Coker’s 37-3 rout of St. Andrews, and he finished the month coming in second at the Midwest Classic, which helped the Cobras place 11th overall.
